Miss Rebecca Gardner

Hi, my name is Becky and I have been involved in the Barbara Roberts School of Dance for over 20 years. It is here that I truly learnt the fundamental skills of dance and how to apply them in everyday life.

I attended Chester University where I got my BA Hons in Dance. I assisted in many projects, my favourite being ‘The Moment When’ that involved over 500 performers.

After completing my degree I obtained many teaching opportunities including creating Brsdance's Contemporary and Commercial classes, choreographing for the Chrysanths' Pantomime Society for 8 years and curriculum based teaching with the company 'Full of Beans'.

My love of learning has allowed me to complete my bbodance Level 6 diploma in Dance Teaching with Distinction and to complete my Zumba certification which pushed me to set up my own classes called Zumba with Becky. I continue to learn through CPD and other courses.

I am a creative, goofy, spontaneous, Disney loving teacher and I love to help my students leave my classes feeling inspired and as though they have achieved the impossible.
